Partner revenue explained

Congratulations on becoming a Partica Partner, and to help you succeed, we want to confirm up front exactly how it works and what 12 months means.

Am I only signing up for 12 months?

You can be a Partica Partner for as long as you like. You are not restricted to a certain timeframe, and there is no lock in contract or anything like that. 12 months refers to the period of time from when someone signs up using your partner link. Let me explain:

When someone clicks on your partner link to visit the article marketplace, we take note that you have referred the potential client in the form of a cookie on their computer. This means that they don’t need to sign up straight away and purchase an article for you to get the benefit. They might go away and come back a few times, searching and reading the content before deciding to create an account and purchase an article.

Once a customer creates an account, that is when the 12 months start and only FOR THAT CUSTOMER. You will earn money on any article that the customer purchases within the next 12 months. That means if you refer another person and they sign up a month after the first customer, you will receive commission for THE NEW customer from the day they signed up for another 12 months. There will be only 11 months left to receive commission on any purchases from the first customer.

So you see that each time someone new signs up, you will get commission on any of their purchases for 12 months from the day they sign up. It is a good idea to continually communicate the benefits of using content to your clients in order to encourage further purchases.
